## Refund Policy

At Export Hoor Educations, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our services and training programs. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Export Services

* Non-Refundable: Fees paid for export-related services (documentation, consultancy, logistics assistance, buyer connections, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

* Service Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made before the service process begins, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered after review.

2. Training Courses

* Online Courses: Fees are non-refundable once course access or material has been shared.

* Live Training Sessions: Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be refunded.

3. General Conditions

* Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

* Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

* Export Hoor Educations reserves the right to modify the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
